Shockingly low quality fabric, started balling up and degrading before even the first wash. Now looks ready to tear where the elbow has been in contact with office chair less than 2 months after purchase. Unacceptable for the price point - a Primark hoodie would last significantly longer for half the price

One of the worst company and products to buy. And they don’t care to refund your money on successful return of the product. Even you drop mails with photos and asking for updates. Advertised products are different from what they send you. The quality you get is not the worth of price you buy. So please don’t buy and get disappointed and don’t go through trouble with company with your money refunds.

Bought a Christmas jumper a week before I needed it, paid for faster postage to avoid any strike delay and it still didn't arrive in the time I needed it so I had to go else where to buy one despite already paying for that one with extra postage

They are a very persistent, purveyors of their clothing line. But it is always worth a look, with some very generous offers. I am an older buyer of their stuff. So some of it is, not shall we say, suitable. As I am not a dedicated follower of any fashion, but what I do buy, I like and they are great value for money. Well made and look the business. With an Excellent Delivery Service.

I've ordered online from Tokyo laundry twice-first time I bought 6 pairs of underwear, 2nd time I bought 10 (very good/cheap deal on 2 packs of 5). Delivery was very prompt both times, and Tokyo laundry boxers are stylish, snug and provide good support. However, one of my 10 pairs has developed little holes in the cotton after the first wash-this also happened with one of the 6 pairs I bought first time around. I only wash my clothes/underwear on a 30 degree quick cycle as well. I'd say this represented quite a high "failure" rate if I'm honest and would probably pause for thought before ordering online from them a third time. Oddly enough I've had no such issue previously with TY boxers I've bought in shops-don't know if this is a matter of quality control declining over time, or a specific issue with the stock they use for online deliveries.

My experience was that of honesty. Very quick and friendly response to any query plus a No-Nonsense return policy. Was happy to continue with further purchases, and note the quality of items are extremely good at sensible prices. Pleased to remain a customer of theirs.

Great prices, quick delivery. Let down by poor quality. I think you get what you pay for so not as great a deal as I thought! But maybe I should have expected that?

Sure, I've only bought one kind of product from them but every one has been quality; from how they are packaged and delivered to the actual product themselves. I will continue to buy from them and might even branch out from pants!

Ordered and re-ordered a hoodie THREE times! Every one had a faulty zip and one had white drops from where the logo had been put on. I ended up with no hoodie. Decided to try again with a different one and that had the logo printed out of line with the other side.
As the last one was in the sale I kept it as I couldn’t face the hassle of returning it.

I swear by these guys mens undies. Great choice of colours, decent price and last a very very long time. My first set is still going with no damages and I bought them 5 years ago.

The Jacket fits perfectly but so disappointed with the colour. It is vastly different to the image on the website.

Got a bunch of trunks at a great discount (clearance sale!) And honey applied a discount after too. Incredible value for money, got like 12 pairs for less than £40!
Cheaper than buying them from TK Maxx or Amazon by far.

Product quality was excellent and the colours are amazing!

Only qualm is the use of Everi. Just because it's the cheapest doesn't mean you should use it... I'd rather delivery cost £1 rather than free for a better courier.

Used TL a couple of times, always pleased with purchase , remember and to look out for regular discounts/sales , and delivery was 4 or 5 days, a little slow for paid delivery but wasnt too expensive , it is free if you spend a little more
